Bio/Description

Jack Draney is a PhD Candidate in Princeton University's Chemical and Biological Engineering department. He uses molecular dynamics and related computational techniques to investigate plasma-surface interactions. His research is primarily focused on the effects of plasma processing on diamond surfaces, with the goal of improving and expanding the surface engineering techniques used to make quantum devices. Jack is from Oregon, where he attended Clackamas Community College and Oregon State University. In his free time, Jack enjoys working in the community garden, cooking, reading, and talking to his mom on the phone.
